The [i]Starship Enterprise[/i] is near the young and fresh coloney on Belle Terre, quite a ways outside the limits of Federation space. Until the [i]U.S.S. Peleliu[/i] arrives, the [i]Enterprise[/i] is the only Starfleet presence in the sector.
