Trouble connecting

am typing this left handed only at the mo cos a plastic bit that goes into laptop has snapped off. The bit that connects to the net lol. Am having to hold the damn thing in place just to get on. Will reply properly when i can.

It really shouldn't be that easy to snap off you know, lol.
