Entil'ZhaEntil'Zha I see famous people
So i spent the day Yesterday at Kennedy Space Center, If you ever find yourself in florida, GO.

we had a blast, we took their tour of the facility, they take you out on bus by the Vehicle Assembly Building, we went right past the 2 Crawlers and the mobile launch platform, then they take out out to a viewing platform about a quarter mile from pad 39A, only the platform is closed for renovation, so they drove us right out to the pad instead. being there was amazing,

then they take you to the Apollo/Saturn V center, where they have all the original consoles from the Apollo Launches, and an actual Saturn V, jesus that thing was huge.

Anyway, it was definatly worth the trip.

Sounds like fun, I have always wanted to get to the Cape to watch a launch. Missed one by a day or two one time.

Yeah, Ive been there. 14 years ago I think. They were preparing for a shuttle launch about a week from when I was there, so I got to see a shuttle (from quite a distance though), no launch though..

And I agree, if youre so inclined, youre gonna find it a great experience. :)
