No Mongolian blood as far as I know...But a spiritual connection, yes!
My plan is to actually go this year, after learning the language fluently @ Geneseo (near Rochester).
I have a theory that Genghis Khan, may actually be buried somewhere in the Altai Mountains. But I'm probably not going to go up the mountain on this run. 30 days total, 7 in Ulanbator, then head east across the steppes by horseback all the way to the Khalkin Gol River. Then back and whatever excess time will be used for fun and self lavishing and/or lashing. :P
But yeah Civ 4 ya know I never got past Monarch...Its just ridiculously hard, I mean you can just survive if you play your cards right on Monarch. Anything after that is like trying to go up against a million Mongolian horseman in the middle of Baghdad!
Even playing with the leaders with the culture boost its damned hard. :/
