Thanks guys, I figured that would be the case. I'll just have to keep keeping an eye out :/. So that's where the avatar is from, I just did a search and there it was.

Hope I'm in time :) Probably one that's been asked before, but for Patricia Tallman: Was acting a way into stunt work or the other way around? If I recall correctly Patricia's acting and stunt work tended to overlap, was that deliberate in ter…

Just a quick warning to those with defective disks, make sure you send them to WB reps in your own region. My disk 2 of season 1 had a fault. I had a lot of trouble finding the Australian distributer and when I contacted WB in the US they said to…

Graphic novel does sound interesting. Checked out the source and the roleplaying books Mongoose did reached us here in Australia (not just the East Coast either :D ) so they're distibution network may not be too bad.

*Sigh* ... every time ... :( The Sleeper has yet to awaken. I'm a little confused, who is this other company? I don't really recall hearing much about them before the cancellation. From all I read I got the impression it was mainly…

Great work! Wouldn't mind helping out with expanding. I'm new to the wikipedia area though, so is there any way to warn of spoilers to information in things like the histories of species? Don't want to give away things for people who have just st…

A bit off topicish. How well are the new Sci-fi/fantasy series going over in the States? We have just got Joan of Arcadia starting here in Australia but it is in the non-ratings season. If these are starting to do well in the States hopefully mor…

Just read the thread, that was a heart attack in a handbag. Great to hear that the movie is basically going ahead though. I think we may be able to be paranoidly optimistic though, regarding past history of B5 projects (ITF particularly).

Yep, this is real. It's not the first time I think the experiment has been done. I find it funny that the LSD affected spider made a reasonably normal web, just a bit "expanded". NB not endorsing the use of LSD (esp to make houses:D )

Be interesting to see. Maybe a thread should be started relating questions of the like. Each poster asks one question, person who gets it right should post the next question and so on ...

Thanks Biggles :) Any idea why there is a separate release for Legend of the Rangers?
-
For Region 2, which movies are missing? Just heard from a friend that Legend of the Rangers is not in the boxed set. Is this the case for all releases, or just certain regions?

I enjoyed "To Dream In the City of Sorrows", a nice abridging of what happened to Sinclair between leaving B5 as commander and coming back as Ambassador. I agree Bekenn and Imhotep, the Psi Corps are a definite read if you want more info on Best…

Oops, and those letters are so close together :)

Music for A Call to Arms was Evan Chan, Stewart Copelend did the original music for The Gathering. (thanks to Lurker's Guide :D )

Bekenn Wrote:
For instance, G'Kar mentioned having discussed his "purchase of genetic material" from Lyta with his wife (or maybe "mate" was the term used); the music was also completely different.
I have a copy of The Gatheri…

It would be good to get a fresh view of the B5 universe through a directors eyes that hasn't touched it before. Otherwise there may be the risk of "just a long episode" syndrome that has happened with some other TV-to-Movie creations (IMHO).

Heard about this a few days ago. :( A little belated but condolences have to go to his family, it's a young age. Keeps things in perspective for the rest of us I guess. "Live your life with no regrets"

The re-edit of The Gathering was also aired on TNT. Haven't found a site with a complete list of changes but try the address below. It has an interview with JMS about some of the things that went back into the pilot. [URL=http://www.midwinter.co…

Gah, I reeeally need more sleep. The Markab bit did seem a little strange and I did warn my memory wasn't good :p .

Don't think the Markab stroy line would be a possibility as the Drafa wiped them all out :(. Technomages and the Strieb sound interesting but wasn't most of the interesting stuff about the Technomages put in the trilogy? You have piqued my int…

Fresh Spoo kinda makes me think of runny Fetta cheese. Not appetising, but hey what the heck ...

Cognac and blue curacao?! Oooo, that don't sound so good:eek:

Yep, that might have been it ... :) But it is a common theme with invunerable things; Death Star, Achilles, Shadow planet killer, Superman (bits of your OWN planet can kill you?? How did these guys get to the corner shop?):)

Overall I'd rate ITB as the best movie of the series and the redone The Gathering as a second. TS had some good spin off story arc possibilties. Did anyone feel that A Call To Arms was a little disjointed? Something apart from the music (No disre…
