Help me find a REPUTABLE hositng service

My boss wants to move our server from Verio, He's all gung ho about going with Rackspace.com which as far as i can tell is one of thse "as long as your check clears, we don't care what you do" spam/DDoS Hosting clearinghouses, who oversell their bandwidth
So i'm looking for a reputable host, who does Linux/FreeBSD servers (dedicated not co-located), and has good 24/7 support. and decent rates.
Any help that you can give would be GREATLY appreciated.

the only thing is, I'm not looking for website hosting, i'm looking for dedicated server hosting.

Chase hasn't replied to this topic yet, so I'll give you the rundown. RadiusCo does plan to offer dedicated hosting, but it's months away from becoming a reality. If you end up getting a sour deal with someone, drop us a line (info@radiusco.com) and we'll see what we can do to help you out.

Thanks, I'll definately keep you guys in mind, I've actually found 2 hosting companies who get their bandwidth and services from my ISP, so i know the network is good. But its all up to the boss.
The web site was supposed to be up last week, but my PC died. :( Therefore, I am trying to recover the site off my secondary HD (I had a RAID setup).
Anyhow, Defiant hit the key marks. We will be playing dedicated hosting, but it's a few months away. Drop us a line anytime and I'll be glad to help you out.
