    heheh

I love it when telemarketers forget to block their numbers from caller ID. :D I use their numbers to buy as much porn as possible. :p

Hell another one called this morning and forgot to block their number! :D Guess what I'm doing right now. :p (yes, I do check to be sure they're not some poor sap's home number or fake.)

Funny thing is....one of them has yet to change their phone number. :D Its also the same group that woke my ass up at 5am trying to sell me some stupid insurance crap. They're local too. I totally went off on the idiot too. :D

He's like "Calm down sir or I'll have to disconnect you" and I'm like "**** YOU! You woke my ass up at ****ing 5 ****ing AM and you expect me to be nice? I've got a mid-term in 3 hours you ****sucker!"

I like caller id! Because here in Finland anyone who wants to sell something calls with a caller ID blocked number so I know not when to answer.

Strange, I've pretty much never been bothered by telemarketers, spam or even jehova's witnesses.. I hope it's because they know to stay the hell away from a psycho like me ;)

We only get telemarkets on average twice a month. The problem is (fortunately) not as bad here. Yet.
You can usually scare the ones here off quite easily by asking how much you'll get paid for your time. :)

I only get pestered by JW's like once a month now. They used to come by once a week to 'save' me, ever since they found out I'm an athiest. The last time they dropped by, I greeted them with a 20 guage shotgun aimed at their faces and told them to never come back. (unloaded of course, but they didn't know that)

Nah, they never listen. Next time they show up, I'll call the police and delay the morons till they arrive. Then I'll have them arrested for harassment and tresspassing. :)

That's one for the good guys :D

I had a run-in with some door-to-door bible-thumpers a long time ago. Even before they started talking I got a bad vibe from them - they had the air of salesmen. Selling redemptions at $5 a soul?? Anyway, they identified themselves as the "mattress police" or some nonsense. Either they were trying to be funny, or they had me pegged as an easy mark. Boy were they wrong on both counts. But, being young and somewhat meek back then, I was polite to them. At first. They said they were going to convert me and my family. I told them my folks were out of town for the week, so until then, "bye bye". I gave them the patented "Vir-waves-at-Mr.-Morden's-head" salute. Granted I wasn't nearly as snyde or rude as I could have been, but hey, we learn with experience ;)

Now I just hope I don't get sued for copyright infringement...

concerning unwanted and uninvited sales and or religious visitors... I usually have the Chain Saw ready by the door, and when I see them coming, I start that puppy up, and rev it up the more they talk... :D

You don't. Just enter the age and zip code (just make one up if you want) and you will be let in.

    Bah, you're boring. :D

I actually thought about electrifying the door when they pull up, but then that'd leave room for a lawsuit. The shotgun trick works because they're trespassing on private property. As long as I don't actually fire it at them, they can't touch me.

Agreed - But that's the price we have to pay given that the site does not require the payment of currency...
