Yes and no... Garibaldi's hologram sent the message, but it was actually the pro-Interstellar Alliance group of humans who initiated the attack. However, from what Garibaldi said, they were only targeting military installations, which means that the pro-Earth group may have retaliated by attacking civilians, and in so doing, initiated the great burn.

sanfam, i recorded it and went frame by frame. no the slightest bit of rotation. And they wouldnt have changed it because in sleeping in light, it was rotating.
