    Spread that article around, folks. It's not too late to force the government to step in - again. Sure, I know that Gates and the government are in bed together, but when the people get pissed off and speak up, they're forced into action anyway. Spread the word.

    I will not grin and bear it either! I just sent 47 e-mails to people who would care.

    However, if enough people don't stand up to this the answer is: one machine for being online only, and another with everything I want/need on it that isn't pluged in. (other than to an electrical outlet)

    The thing is, it isn't just M$ behind it. Palladium is M$'s implementation of an idea developed by the TCPA. The leading company in that group is Intel (big surprise), and they are also really pushing this.
