Der Mod funktioniert ab XWA version 2.02
Es wurden bis jetzt nur Schiffe ausgewechselt, z.B. sind A-Wing und Tie-Fighter jetzt Starfury.
In der schiffsdatenbank kann man die neuen modelle sehen, und rausfinden, welche Schiffe noch verändert wurden.

We need voice actors for Buda5 - Raiders, a complete 24 mission campaign set in the Babylon 5 universe. There are 34 parts ranging from small one-line cameos to substantial Oscar-winning roles. To participate all you need is a microphone.
Simply record the following lines and e-mail them to us so that we may cast the apropriate role for your voice:
"I'm touched and all that, but I think if they had wanted to eliminate us we wouldn't be having this conversation now. ~~Its the only chance you have of recovering that container."
"This is Nijinsky. I was afraid this might happen. ~~I think I can hack into the computer and override the codes. Stonewall, you hold off the boarding shuttles and buy us some time, the rest of you take out those fighters. And try not to get killed in the process."
Auditions should be submitted as a Windows WAV file in Mono 8bit PCM format at 11,025 Hz, though we can convert from other formats if necessary. Please ZIP your submissions to reduce file size. Submissions should be e-mailed to john@firstones.com

Hello 1 and all. I just wanted to drop a line and let you know what's up. Things are moving along nicely. I'm picking up D3D quickly, and enjoying it too -- I like having an excuse to learn this stuff .
A cousin of mine is moving into town at the beginning of next march, so I may have to spend a weekend or two to help her move, meaning that the next release may be pushed back a week or two, depending on how it all goes down; but we'll see how it goes. Have no fear, the next release is close enough that you can almost smell it . I'll post again when I know more.

Recently we've started to receive the most unpleasant comments about our project being dead or something like that. I know it's been a while since the last release. I know, for the last few weeks there was nothing more than some new models and screenies (though they were GREAT, agree? 8-) And so, you have the right to ask me: why it takes so long? What are you working at? How long that'll take to bring up the new version?
First of all, the game is not dead, and DON'T YOU EVEN DARE TO THINK SO!
Second, the engine in released versions 0.2x was ALMOST ready, but it was not supposed to be multiplayer. Since many of you have been whining for multiplayer capability, I've decided to improve the engine. And THAT'S WHY it takes so long. We've got a completely new engine now, with client-server architecture, with console, and many other things that will help you with modding, for example, or new rendering system with scripted material and effect processing, and so on. Do you know how much work (and time) it takes to write an engine?
While Smasher and Henrik are "sparing no polygons" for our new great-looking models, I'm trying to juice up some FPS from my engine... Besides other things. So, have a heart, people, and don't push us. You'll be rewarded, I promise.

Feb 16.2001 - Many things have happened since the last update. We got a new person to the team, a model designer. Also our first game model is done and three of them almost finished. Also many graphics are done and just waiting for the right moment to publish them. Some of the first missions are planned. So everything is going smoothly and I'm also hoping to see some new music samples soon.

Mar 28.2001 - Hi! Some time since the last update. Reason : Nothing special is happening. We are doing background job but the fact is that before we complete the engine there can be no real work. Some new graphics and one new music track. Also hoping that our server will go online soon so we can move these sites to a better place. Those graphics and other stuff are coming on friday so check back then. Some info about the game trailer. It's coming but can't say when. Soon is too soon and late is too late. Expect me whan you see me. Auf der IFH-Homepage gibt's ein paar Infos über die Engine des Spiels. Und was man da zu lesen bekommt ist wirklich beeindruckend. So unterstützt die Engine z.B. Multi-Texturing, Hardware T&L (also die besonderen Fähigkeiten von GeForce und Radeon) und noch viele andere technische Leckereien. Für ein Freewarespiel wirklich ziemlich beachtlich.
