Rather than re-tool any factories or re-write any software, they'd probably cut it up into strips and add the strips onto the bottom of the nearest continent's region code. They'd be using already existing region codes, so then companies wouldn't lose money if none of the penguins bought. They'd have a market in the mainland of the region.

Well, with the distribution of cellular phones to penguins, it was discovered that there are, in fact, no more area codes left, so a new plan was enstated: Antartica will have the full form of Pi as its area code. That should solve numerous problems, such as the urge for people to actually live in Antarctica, or the possibility of incoming calls disturbing precise experiments.
