Babylon AD Score

I came across the score to this film a few weeks ago, by Atli Örvarsson and I have to say its very very good. Haven't seen the film myself and have heard its not great (another Vin Diesel weak offering apparently). Anyway for those of us who like a good score (not that kind), I highly recommend checking it out. Its very atmospheric, some nice mellow choral pieces and some cool fast tempo dramatic bits. Of the 23 tracks Babylon Requiem is my favourite (which begs to be played rather loud), but to be honest, the rest are all good too. Listening to the collection he seems to draw inspiration from Hans Zimmer (Batman Begins in particular), Trevor Rabin (Armageddon) and Harry Gregson-Williams (Kingdom of Heaven).

Will have to see what his other work is like.
