    They should release them in box sets, as there would be no point to singular dvd releases, with a couple of eps per disc. I think the films will be done singularly, but they'll probably do a boxset aswell, like that special widescreen edition boxset they released for vhs.

    Personally, i could care less about extras, i just want them on DVD so i can free up the shelf space that 20 Video tapes takes up, i would love them in Dolby Digital 5.1 tho....

    I don't care too much about extras either. They would be really great to have, but the main thing for me is to own the entire series.

    If the DVD is only using Dolby stereo sound, I'm not so sure the sound will be that much better.

    And then there's the fact that DVDs don't wear out like VHS.
    IIRC, the DVDs do indeed have better sound.

    They do have much better sound. I scared the hell out of myself when I was watching In The Beginning. You know it's starts with the soft voice over and then cuts to a Sharlin blasting the hell out of something? Well I had turned it up a little to get more OOMPH into the voice overs and when that Sharlin fired it was LOUD! Loud in a good way of course. God I love my stereo system.
