I don't really get what the big deal is. Doesn't sound that interesting really. You can find lists of B5 quotes on the Internet easily enough, and we've all probably got tons of lines from the show memorized anyway.
I'm not buying from them again. I got screwed with customs charges with the scripts which stopped me from buying more than 4. Then the scripts finished. After this I had an email from them saying they would repay any one outside the US who suffered customs charges on their orders. Yeah thanks, maybe you should have thought of that before ending the order window!! If I had know I might have gotten all the scripts and not just 4. USA is not the only place where B5 fans reside.

I had the same thing on the first script release, as they mislabelled the contents. I mailed them straight away, and all subsequent JMS script books where custom labelled correctly (to me anyway) so no VAT / import charges.
When they went on to do the other non JMS scripts, they went back to the mislabelling. Very strange.
Anyway I won't be buying the quote book (first one I haven't bought), as it has no interest for me.
Sigh, still feeling down about JMS' decision to cease production of the DVD movies and refusing to do any more B5 unless it's a theatrical release (uhuh dream on Joe).

Oh, I dunno. To me it seems more possible now than it did a couple of years ago. Now he's got seven to ten screenplay credits under his belt and he still owns the movie rights to B5. Perhaps we'll have to wait until the PTBs see how well Ninja Assassin, Lensman and/or Forbidden Planet do but I do believe it will happen.
Not to sound like a downer but Changling is getting mixed reviews. I havent seen it yet but I don't know if it interests me anyhow. If there is a B5 movie and it has no action/space battles then he should not do it ether. I want something better then a 10 second space battle clip for my 10 bucks admission.
I saw 'Changeling' on Saturday and loved it. The criticisms I've seen seem to boil down to:
- "It's long" - Uh..yeah. You knew going in that it was 2 hours and 20 minutes.
-"There are too many 'endings'" - Uh-huh, and if it hadn't tied off all of the threads they'd've complained about that.
Don't go in expecting anything like what you've seen from JMS before because it's not. There are a couple of lines that I think you'll recognize, though.
So it's actually out now? I'll have to see it at some point.
Any idea when those Crusade scripts willl be coming out? I'm really looking forward to those, and seeing where the show would have headed. I'm betting it would have involved Sinclair's Duck. I just know it.
