Most Touching Moments in Movies *spoiler warnings*
Lord Refa
Creepy, but in a good way
in Zocalo v2.0

From Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou.
Makes me feel like a big softy, and I usually let my victims watch it until the end even if it means I have to hear them scream a bit longer.

Always sends a chill down my spine :D
My second isn't a movie per say, but the 5th season of B5, G'kar's description of God: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ylAsZQyOBMk&feature=related

Edit: In B5, its probably the White Star 14 playback.
There were indeed quite a few touching scenes in B5 but I'm hard pressed to come up with a particular one. Most of them involved G'Kar, Londo, Sheridan, Ivanova and Markus.
I suppose the most recent scenes that touched me were from the movie adaptation of Into The Wild. One of last year's best movies IMHO.

Dont let the name fool you, every minute is worth watching and remembering.
I actually only like two, no, make that three, Bill Murray movies, that's Groundhog Day, Ghostbusters and Larger than Life. He's somewhat of an antihero, he's a bit too subdued for my taste. Sometimes he's so low key, he almost disappears in the scene he's acting in. :D
And Bill Murray be somewhat of a hero of mine. He be just getting betterrr and betterrr.
But Lost in translation be somewhat of a high point.
Vladimir Wolodarsky: Steve, one of the interns just fell down the stairs with the main tracking processor.
Steve: All right, just make sure we steal the backup.

The interns rock.
Anne-Marie Sakowitz: "No, they all share one."
That was quite a lot to handle, and then those SFX!! I kept looking for the strings that the objects and actors surely must have been attached to, just like puppets.
I'd put it right next to Zoolander, it's ok for those who like that kind of stuff. I'd rather watch something else. Bill Murray can do better than that.
I knew you were going to say that. :D
Just finished watching The Iron Giant again and thought I should add this to the list.
