Babylon 5 Scripts Team needs your help

We need your help. The Babylon 5 scripts team is attempting to locate Terry Jones, best known to B5 fans as the compiler of the Official Babylon 5 Chronology which appeared in several issues of the Babylon 5 Magazine.

We have two email address for him that don't seem to be working: Terry.jones940[at]ntlworld.com and Terryj196[at]nltworld.com. We are looking for an updated email address or even a phone number. As of the publication in the B5 magazine, Terry and his wife Sarah were living in the UK.

As thank you to the first person that submits information leading to our successfully contacting Terry, the Babylon 5 scripts team will gift you with a complimentary copy of the next release from J. Michael Straczynski, including shipping.

Please send all leads to help@babylon5scripts.com and put Terry Jones in your subject.

Thank you,
Jan

Oh wow. I just noticed your name. You're THE Jan Schroeder that put together the DVD/Script variations in volume 15 and the Other Voices? Thanks a lot for that! I'm amazed you had the time to do that. I also watched the episodes and read the scripts at the same time after reading the script, looking for the differences, but writing them all down like you did would drive me insane.
As for your question about Terry Jones, all I know is that I have all but one of the B5 magazine issues with the timeline. Sorry I can't help.
  • Thanks for that, DarthCaligula, I'm glad you enjoy the variations. It was a unique and intense way to watch the show, that's for sure.

We've now found Terry thanks to Sandy at http://www.isnnews.net/ . Thanks, all.

I haven't been doing it with the Other Voices scripts though, because most are so vastly different that there doesn't seem to be much point in trying to follow along with the script while watching the episode, but I've watched these episodes enough to see that Larry Ditillio's scripts are almost exactly the same, obviously because he was the script editor for the show. So instead I just read the variations you wrote that are after the scripts.
And I'm really looking forward to Larry Ditillio's League races guide that's in Volume 3. I had no idea that he's the one who came up with the names for most of the League races.
And I assume that you looking for Terry Jones means that the B5 timeline that he wrote is going to be collected and published in something? How much of a fan am I that I actually noticed that he made a few mistakes in it....
  • The League document is *amazing* in the amount of detail it has on the races. I think fans will really like it a lot.
