Dunno if anyone posted this yet apart from the news of his death
but this video I found titled - In Memory Of Richard Biggs Size
Its about 10meg unsure how long my webspace will keep it up might be along time might be a small time so if someone else can host the file will be great thanks

    I'd be happy to mirror it but I can't seem to either open it or play it. Is it supposed to be a winRAR file? Or is the extension wrong?

    RAR is a compressed file, so yes its opened via WinRAR.

    For some reason it gave me an error when I tried to open it first with winRAR but it works now. I was probably over enthusiastic and tried to open it before it was fully downloaded :rolleyes:

    I won't mirror it if Sanfam's putting it on the site.

    Yes that was a very moving piece, an excellent tribute to Richard. Very well done. One of my favourite scenes was included, the one where Franklin talks to Sheridan after his walkabout. One of those great thought provoking moments... JMS has an amazing way with words.

    It's all so tragic... it would have been less so if he had been 80+ years of age or suffered from some terminal illness but to simply stop like that...

    He seemed so full of life on the show... I just can't believe it...

    Does anybody know if he was ill in any way..?

    He wasn't ill; it was one of those freak never-see-it-coming deaths that still somehow manage to be natural causes. In his case, it was a ruptured aorta or something like that.

    sorry to kick this up, but i was just browsing Wikipedia and came across the video for the first time. i've had a couple of glasses of wine tonight, but i think even without them i'd still have cried:(

    he died may 22nd last year (bloody hell! thats over a year ago already!) of a tear in his aorta, according to wikipedia.

    Well, that is really a sad story. I guess we have to appreciate every day as much as we can knowing that we never know when we will not get another. :(

    I haven't seen an episode of B5 beyond the first season in at least five years... I really need to get the rest of the DVDs. The doctor was one of my favorite characters.
