I know of:
Lorien
The Shadows
The Vorlons
The Walkers of Sigma 957
The Hand (talk to the hand not the face)

Who else? I remember seeing some other cool ships at the battle of Coriana VI.

    According to Agents of Gaming, these are the ships that were present during the battle of Coriana VI:

    the Walker Traveler
    the Kirishiac Lordship
    the Torvalus Dark Knife
    the Mindrider Thoughtforce
    and the Triad Triumviron

    Im guessing the firstones names are the (of course) Walkers of Sigma 957, the Kirishiac, the Torvalus, the Mindriders and the Triad.
