Have you ever wondered if the Narn showed up today and claimed to be nuclear plague victims, they we the world would them tons of foreign aid regardless of what their true intention might be?
They could claim to come from another world and still be nuclear plague victims. They can give us a great sob story about how the Centauri don't recognize the Geneva Convention. We would say, "Barbarians! We must help these poor innocent people." We would open up Narn Relief Centers across the world. Yes I can see it now. Narn the lunchbox! Narn the doll!
