    Yup, it sucks, but we all knew it was coming. Cheer up though, Spring Traning has started!

    Bad for you, good for European hockey leagues. NHL stars have boosted ticket sales and they also make a major role model for younger players with no prior first hand experience of NHL level of playing.

    yeah its a shame. i really like watching ice hockey, tho i hardly ever get to watch it here cos its only ever on channel 5 at shitty times after midnight (unless your lucky and have cable or satellite):(

    Well... leagues in Czech, Finland and Sweden have already "closed doors" so those players without nothing to do might have little work to do in finding workplace.

    I really feel bad, because Im afraid that the NHL is going to take YEARS to recover from this disaster as it is...

    But Im a baseball fan, so Im thrilled that Spring Training is starting!! Go Cubs! :)
