And I thought law allowing anyone to have assault rifles was weird.

    Oh, yes our god damn f'ing government is absolutly wornderful! It's inefficent, slow, stupid, and loves wacking people over the head with large objects (usally in the form of words...)! :mad: :D

    Now now, calm down... This is how our government is designed to work- in a slow (sometimes maddeningly so) manner. Just wait for it to play out.

    E.T.: Our Constitution is just fine, thank you very much; the real problem is with how the law was written/worded and with the fact that Congress (which is really the only legislative body that can create an anti-spam law that won't get the boot from some judge) has yet to really do something effective about spam. Sure, the Can-Spam Act may have some effect, but it's certainly not enough to do the job.

    You would think they would have already done efffective anti-spam law... after all spam isn't anymore new and there's no questioning it causes lot of work and costs.
    Neither talking about that it's pretty sure they use also "zombie networks" for sending spam and so have connection to criminal activity.

    In todays paper there was an article saying a federal judge in Iowa ruled that 300 spammers owed a small ISP 1 billion dollars in damages.
