Those two I've got are have size about ten MB and resolution is so bad I think they've been made from "hundredth generation" VHS-copy.
So I think these are much better.

Actuallyl, its a cutout of Londo. ;) "Welcome to the Londo-Londo show!" I just wish the text was visible on the Narns & Noble gag. :)

Also, interestingly, these bloopers show that B5 used closed circuit TV for their live video conversations. It must make things much easier than the traditional way, where the video side of the conversation was prerecorded, and they had to guess how long to make the pauses.
