That's really odd...
Could you check which email you used? maybe there's some subtle variation or something?
Wow!!!! I'm jumping up and down at the prospect of this new selection of music that has been uncovered and I wish to say.
THAT I WANT IT BADLY!!!!!!
I've been a fan of the music since Volume 1 and I have every CD and was disappointed to hear that out of 5 sets of CD's that were supposed to be released only 4 were made.
I sort of gave up hope in seeing anything new and was still itching to get music for episodes such as Signs & Portents, etc... Plus I've been dying to get the music for A Call To Arms (I know its not a Chris Franke composition, but it's certainly the best that Evan Chen did.) and also for Legend of the Rangers, which I prefer over any other of the music that he had done, it was so fantastic especially in battle sequences.
I have managed to procure some of the tracks from ITF. Battle Sequences A - F, plus another track simply labelled B5Gamepreview.
So I'm hoping that Christopher Franke will allow the free release of these tracks, but even if they were to be released as an album It wouldn't matter to be either way as long as it wasn't kept locked up away from the fans.
I'm also hoping from this that the CD sets could be released once again as the last I heard was that the next one of the line was to be: "The Fall of Centauri Prime" but hopefully Legend of the Rangers could be released too.
Well fingers, toes and hair follicles crossed everyone that something positive will come from all of this.
I remember emailing Chris Franke asking him if there were plans to release a cd with the music from season 5. He replied saying they had but nothing came of it seems. That was over 3-4 years ago. Maybe they could do a combilation cd, with some of the music from season 5 and the IFT stuff. And yeah I'd like to have the Rangers movie soundtrack aswell.
JackN: I haven't heard Ricochet yet... they've done so many albums its hard work getting through them all ;) My fav tracks at the moment are:
Silver Screen and Dream Sculpture from the Architecture in Motion album, Mothers of Rain from Atlantic Bridges and a live track, Girl on the Stairs/Thief Yang and the Tangram Seals from the Electrobeats album. They're all superb!
Yes I've heard of Brian Eno but not that familiar with his stuff.
Whoever mentioned Brian Eno, he did the 'Prophecy' theme in David Lynch's Dune.
Personally ever since Franke, I've been really getting into Film soundtracks, the music of Stargate:Sg1 and the work of Hans Zimmer is really awesome. Though one of the best recent works has been Howard Shores music for the LOTR films.

I love fiml scores..
some good ones...
Star Wars ep 2. (Yea, I know)
Gladiator
Children of Dune (THE ENTIRE THING ROCKS)
Theme to a Beutiful Mind
Star Trek: Insurrection
Movie scores:
Batman and Batman Returns (Tim Burton's movies) - Very heroic and melodic by Danny Elfman
The Lion King (score parts by Hans Zimmer) - Emotional.
Spider-man - Also heroic music by D. Elfman
Star Wars trilogy + Ep.1/2 - John Williams all the way
Hook - John Williams' one of the best scores out there.
Game music:
Michael Giacchino (all of them) feat. Medal of Honor series (not Rising Sun), Call of Duty, Secret Weapons Over Normandy, The Lost World: Jurassic Park etc. - Excellent music, I do not wonder why Spielberg says Mikey G as John Williams jr.
Jeremy Soule (Dungeon Siege, SW: Knights of The Old Rebublic, Morrowind, Icewind Dale, Total Annihilation etc. etc.) - Need to say more?
Jesper Kyd - Crazy blend of synth and orchestra music.

I think I'll call the legal and licensing department if nothing comes of this.
Figured I'd chime in to say: Thanks for the continued effort Sanfam - I know I'd love to hear the music. It would be a shame if it was never heard by the public - what a waste. :(
btw - yes I would pay for it too - just like i've paid for all my other C.Franke music. I'm just a little pissed I couldn't get my old liquid audio tracks to work on my new machine.
Yea, thanks for all the hard work on getting the music out... I really want to hear it (although I think I have some of it sitting around here somewhere on my computer).
Hmm, could someone please bug me on ICQ or AIM tomorrow to call again? I forgot today. Well, not forgot, as much as lost it in a sleep-deprived daze. heh
Speaking of which, I'm off to bed. Wake me for spring.

Well, see you in five months!
(That's when spring comes here in Finland:D)
I'll hope we would get permission to share those musics because I'm one with defective Season 3 box and scratched discs and those musics are one thing that would make me now much more happier.

Hey, the only reason you remember it is because you're the one who said it. :)

And many more... though this got a bit off-topic.
The Longest Journey - freely available
The Wheel of Time - Impossible to NOT like
Halo - main theme....that kicks.
I think I'll call the legal and licensing department if nothing comes of this.
Longest Journey music was great, a marvellous game as well.
Krull, this 80's fantasy music had a very nice film score by James Horner.
V, the opening themes for the V and V:The Final Battle mini series were good.
Dune, and Children of Dune were bother very good. In my opinion these mini series are far superior to the Lynch film.

Yes good show old chap, keep up the good work. We need a CD with that music on it!

Final Fantasy 8 (the only one i've played)
Warcraft 3
Starcraft
Worf
