Heres mine, still haven't installed all the Mods I want though. (I'm missing my calender for one...)

I'm using Hoverdesk for the basic GUI for those interested, and WinAmp3 for the winamp. All buttons spawn menus for those interested. the one in the center givs access to four deslktops (Keeps the main program bar clean) as well as the Run command and statistics on Memory/CPU/Swap info.

Like he said, he's using Hoverdesk, which allows you to move things all over the place.
Please tell me what the startmenu charecter means, I just thought the theme looked cool.
The character basically means "road" or "way".
I then used the cracked window XTheme.dll that allows other windows skins to be used, and downloaded the matching shell style. Then downloaded the matching Trillian skin. And downloaded "MMD3" winamp3 skin, it has TONS of colors, and thus I just used one of the greyscale versions.
every icon on the side opens up a popup menu,
the bottom links to most commonly used files/games
next one up is a Hover Desk notepad, its handy
next is Trillian
then a paint toolbar with links to all my artwork stuff
then notepad/HTMLKit/MS Works
then Winamp 3
Then E-mail
then Internet Explorer.
the Chosen OS tab opens up a Winampplugin (I don't use it becuase it only supports two speakers, though there are times that I use it 'cause its handy. Just not with this theme [yes, I have lots of GUIs configured]) along with some PC stats, etc
then theres the tabs up tal, named appropretly... :)

Aaah ok! Thanks! I probably have to get a PS2 befor I can even try to play FFX! :)
I got a matching login screen with my wallpaper, now I only got to get a matching boot screen. :D
if you don't see them, hit Ctrl+Q it allows you to hide them.
also, you may have to specify you desktop area for each theme in the preferances section
