Free spyware removal?

Does anyone have a suggestion for a free spyware removal program? I clicked a popup window by mistake, and it seems to have landed tons of spyware on me..

    SpyBot S&D & AD-Aware, as both suggested, work extremely well together. After cleaning, don't forget to immunize your registry with SpyBot.

    Also, doing an automated cleansweep with an old freeware program called RegCleaner will do wonders to a clogged up system. And it works very well even on Win XP.

    Or has been quite some time... I think some features will be disabled, when the evaluation time ends.

    It seems that you'll need to download the whole damn package with anti-virus stuff with it.. Guess this is not the software you are looking for, anymore.
