and aint it funny how when we really really want a villain and we have a plethora of bad guys/alien races etc etc etc etc... we always pick one closer to home... like only us humies have a patent on evil...

I don't really consider the Shadows as villains - just egotistical control freaks, like the Vorlons.
Bester is a good villain, but I liked him too much and in an odd way, he has his good side.
President Clark, on the other hand, was a destructive bastard who didn't even have good but misguided intentions, like the others.
