I know I will when it comes here.. ;)
I hope you didn't have to get medieval on someone just to get it.
Lemmings I say. ;)
Just now that I've started playing on GC again i've noticed how quiet it is...
It's nothing like the vacuum cleaner type sounds of PS2 and Xbox's...
I probably won't get the Wii when it's released here in europe, I got so much else to get.
About parents, mine used to play Tetris on the NES and now they're looking into xbox360 arcade ;)

I had to hide away my original Gameboy from my mum, otherwise she'd waste all the batteries playing Tetris.. and never let me play it!
You can't even hear the system running.
I really don't give a damn about the frequency of gaming parents. I was talking about my mother and my mother specifically and only in the context of my mother.
Wow. A tad tetchy for someone who's just got a new gaming system.

Maybe he had a wii...
The controls are really intuitive, they work well and the sports games are cool too.
I haven't tried Super Monkey Ball yet but I got a cool stuffed toy with it! :D
I think its cool how the Wii is appealing to not just the usual 16-35 age bracket. But I can understand it could lead to sharing problems. Maybe parents should buy their own.
So nobody here has been shot, robbed or other wise kidnapped for their Wii? Or is that just PS3 buyers :p

Go Wii!!
Amazon sold out in less than one minute: http://www.amazon.com/Nintendo-Wii/dp/B0009VXBAQ/sr=8-13/qid=1163954908/ref=sr_1_13/002-1473062-0188835?ie=UTF8&s=toys-and-games
I slept outside the Best buy in my area for one. It became a nice social event actually, as there were about fifty others there as well.
My wife and i love Wii sports. it is very fun, except that so far my five year old brother in law has beaten me in both boxing and bowling.
And so far Zelda is awsome. If the rest of the game lives up to the first few hours I've played so far, then it deserves those 9+ scores it's been getting, but then I'm a Zelda fanatic(unless it's on gameboy) so my word may be worthless.
My father plays games. It's kind of funny to me to think ofa fifty year old playing Quake and Day of Defeat.
I actually fixed the issue. On Nintendo's website it recommended setting the router to channel 1 or 11. As soon as i did that all my connection issues dissapeared.
My parents are both so technologically inept, they have to call me everytime they have the smallest trouble with their computer. My brother is worse, he once had to call me to ask how to change his email signature
And OMG here in Rochester, the PS3 opening was awful!! People rushed the door of the Best Buy and it shattered, like 12 cop cars were called in and 20 people were arrested, it was nuts!! Some guy filmed it and it's on YouTube.

This is the Nintendo Store in Rockefeller Centre in NYC the night I went to go get my Wii (which was around 5pm after it has already been out all day)
