Hero's
Falcon1
Elite Ranger
in Zocalo v2.0
Anybody watching this new series? When I heard about it I thought it sounded too much like the 4400 but just watched the first episode and it looks very promising. Kinda like X-Men meets X-Files but seems like it could be a bit darker.

Heroes is awesome. Awesome, writing, awesome, premise, awesome, acting, in short, awesome.
If you haven't seen it yet, go to NBC.com, read the graphic novels to get the back story on the characters, watch the last full episode online, then watch this week. All the threads from the different characters appear to be coming together.
The writing team hasn't let me down yet.

Funny thing is the corporation I work for, Emerson, sued NBC for trademark infringment on that show. One of our divisions in In-Sink-Erator which makes garbage disposal. Apparently, there is a scene in which a woman gets her hand mauled by a disposer and the logo is readily visiable. The interesting thing is, NBC is of course owned by GE, which besides being a major competitor of Emerson's is also a major customer and supplier...

That would be the Cheerleader.
Spoiler: "Save the cheerleader, save the world"
Also, did anyone notice George Takei at the end of yesterday's episode?

Really makes Lost look like a right pile of crap imo.
Yup was cool to Captain Sulu :) Be good to see how his role develops.
There is even some Dr Who connections:

for the bad side

for the good side.
This is just my nitpicking, but it's Heroes, not Hero's. :)
I know that too.. Just didnt want to pour salt in the wounds. :P
It's quite distracting tho.. Like calling villains villians or Magneto as MAgento or something like that.. I get grey hairs from the messageboards at superherohype.com..
i thought that was a great episode, especially the ending

I think its hard to see who the villains are.. other than that one guy ofcourse.. I mean, Horn Rimmed Glasses guy aka Bennet (let some steam out) works for the seemingly bad guys but he's bound to be even more of a hero some day eventually..
Anyways... Hope they dont turn this into Lost, but keep some sort of consistency on the show instead.
I dunno I am confident they can keep the quality levels up. As long as Tim Kring doesn't get grabbed to do X-Men 4 or something... He needs to stay focused on the show and not get disctracted. Otherwise it will be like Lost.
