The Dark Tower: Gunslinger
The Cabl3 Guy
Elite Ranger
in Zocalo v2.0
So I just finished reading the first book of the dark tower series by Stephen King pretty bad ass...But weird thing is if anyone knows the end to the first book might find this very coincidental. I walk outside my flat and find a dead headless mauled bird right in front of my doorstep. Fucking Freaky.

if you've jsut finished the first book, you've no idea whats in store.. I envy you being able to discover it for the first time.
I read the Gunslinger when it was first released, in limited print, (there were only about 10,000 copies originally printed in 1982, in fact, i had a personally autographed edition, lost over the years :()
So i got experience the horror of having to wait more than 20 years to read the whole story.
Don't stop with book 1, keep going, read through, it is well worth it. if you keep going, then you'll understand part of my sig.
But yea.. the first three or so were great.
I will keep reading though its been good stuff so far... Im inclined to think that dark tower is more likely a person rather than a physical tower but don't try to correct me if im wrong. Too bad you lost your autographed copy! What a fool! How can you lose that!
[B]I was thinking more of that huge bird thing that tries to kill him...it made weird noises like do-deem? da dee? or something and tries to eat him at the beach.

At the beach, that'd be in book 2, the Lobstrosities, did-a-chick? dud-a-chum? dad-a-chad? mmmm lobstrosity.
as for the books, well, over the course of 20+ years things get lost, stolen, misplaced. unfortunately.
