    Hmm sounds familiar... wasn't there supposed to be a B5 mod for the first game? Think it was some time ago.

    Trailer is cool btw. Got some Linkin Park music in there too which was also cool.

    Ships aren't all that dirtied up though...

    I'm sure that could be fixed by the artists though and is not anything to do with the engine.

    There is a game called Eve that is similar to that, its older than the first Nexus, but the Eve guys are working on a huge expansion release (a free one) that will update the graphics, saw a couple quick vids of it the other day, and it looks fantastic compared to what it looks like now. And its not half bad now.

    I'm not big on MMOs though.

    And while the X games are VERY pretty, I was thinking of something more action oriented, like Wing Commander or Freespace. Something that would make nice use of the combat details we saw in that clip.

    And a good one..

    I mean, Freespace 1 was awesome.. and Freespace 2 upped the ante and was even better..

    Still, Tie Fighter has the best plot still to this day.

    Tie Fighter definitely hit like freight train but I keep Freespace 2 as better.


    Think productively! I would prefer crushing some heads of game industry bigshots, whole industry would need very big enema and their heads just happens to be in ass and the reverse.

    I dont see much hope for another great game like Wing Commander, Freespace or Independence War...Eve Online and X is just too focused on trading, un-linear gameplay and such. I hate such games, the missions just becomes repeating without a good story. Independence War 2 had a perfect mix of all ingredients.
