Have any of you seen it? If so, I'd like your spoiler-free comments.

I can't quite bring myself to watch it, since I generally hate hollywood remakes of good movies, but not nearly as much as I hate that bastard DiCrappio. Having him desecrate Tony Leung's role makes vorlon angry :angryv:

    Dicaprio was actually good in this...

    Just know that this is probably the darkest movie out in a while, Alec Baldwin makes some wise cracks some of the best I've heard ever.

    And Walhburg is hillarious too.

    I laughed alot and actually had some emotional connections to the characters...

    THEY ALL HAVE BOSTON ACCENTS...

    Go see it I swear funny, violent, some minor titty action.

    The movie was in no way predictable...

    Some of the end was shallow but worth the watch. The generic "Mass Microproccesors" that get stolen got a laugh too.

    And oh take note of the Irish Folk Metal when they cut to the driving scenes. most download some of that

    2nd that, its a very good film. Leonardo pulls off an excellent role and the rest of the cast including jack are brilliant.

    So do Boston accents sound like that? One review I read pointed out that the accents sounded "weird". I assumed its a result of Irish and American accents blending int he city over many generations. Curious of this being Irish myself.

    Okay, it wasn't that bad. Not great, but good. Though maybe that's just because I knew the major plot points from Infernal Affairs.

    lol wtf was that about.

    I really hated when Quinlan died that was so fucked up. From then on the whole gore fest started. Everyone except for Matt Damon and Costello died in that one building.
