Indeed! Also I found the music through out the episode to be superb (BSG that is). Really enhanced the mood and the drama. Especially the Pegasus bit. Wow! Already gagging for the season 3 cd release!
So with Tigh as a "yaaargh" Pirate is he looking for Davie Jones' Liqour?
Well to me Galactica dropping Spoiler: into the atmosphere like a big ass asteroid in a ball of fire and releasing the fighters just before jumping out is bound to live forever as one of those iconic moments in science fiction. Thats like right up there with the trench run on the first star wars movie. Its one of those scenes that just blows you away in a way you never forget.
Forget Husker, Long live Bill "Fireball" Adama!!!

Got 'em!!
There is also a Titanium Ultra (approx. 6" long) version of Galactica floating around...hard to find, and I don't have that one yet, but pretty cool nonetheless.
We've got 'em here, too. EXCEPT the Mk II viper. That one is nearly impossible to find...and was also mis-labeled as a Mk VII.
The 5" Galactica has been a target of ours...my roommate and I have been scouring Walmarts and Toys'R'Us retail stores everywhere...
The galactica totally owns. Every time SataiCallista is near it, she feels compelled to play with the landing pods. :p (though, my roommate has occasionally been heard making Spoiler: atmospheric jumps after seeing Exodus part 2. ;) Way too much fun for so little cost.
Yup... I actually tied Toys r Us Uk but their search engine is broken. Gave a database error and stated that the search could not use the new database... Go figure....
It took me a couple months and three different states to find all six of the 3" titaniums...finally found the Raider at the Wal-Mart here in town last week.
BUT...they are releasing the Raider painted as Scar later this month, and the original Viper (Mk1 from the 1978 series) as well.
AND a titanium centaruion (new series) along the same line as the current titanium starwars character figures
There are a couple Colonial 1s, a raptor or two, and a Mk VII at the Wal-Mart here (Warrensburg, MO)

Spoiler: "Don't worry about them, we'll have plenty of time to take care of their candy asses later."
Finding them is all about hitting up every single possible retail location. We've found eight across thirteen stores. It has become a mission to acquire the large large Galactica and the Mk II (labeled Mk VII or otherwise).
Right looks like Worf and myself have got a mission on our hands! :D I'll raid the local Toys r us, see what I find. I'm planning a London trip some time in November so Forbidden Planet may be raided as well.
Your best bet is to find major mainstream outlets. They get the larger quantities of BSG gear. This is the lesson we've learned thus far. And search through EVERY piece of star wars die-cast merchandise. I found 3" Galactica at the far, far back of the rack between Star Wars and Transformers goodness.
Toys R Us is probably our best bet. The Entertainer, our other mainstream toystore probably won't ever get them in, the people that own them refuse to stock toys that are unchristian...and with all of the religion in BSG that would probably be on their banned list :(
Well I've got a work colleague who's gonna check Toys r Us some time this week. I've warned her to watch out for the potential mixing of the boxes with Star Wars ones.
Probably replicas of the true cross on wheels, or maybe you can get parts of the cross: collect them all and they transform into an all powerful robot cross to strike fear into your heathen playmates. I'll stop now before it winds me up even more.
So I wonder does he sell the Buddy Christ series of figures? :p

You are probably right... judging from this link... http://www.boscotoys.com/
You even get a wooden model of Noah's ark... I don't know what to say.
I can't wait for BSG's next episode before this thread gets completely derailed. :D

He could feed it booze in its bowl when drunk. And it could sniff out human cylons. Grrrr.

I have a question... did that episode top Severed Dreams???
I think it was darn close imo.
Controversial....
nope, i think it was good.......but not that good! nothing is that good!:D
It was to BSG what Severed Dreams was to B5...
Apples and oranges, but with the general coolness value...
:D
Grey Beard... Arrrhg!
and Tigh does have that Salty Sea Captain look about him eh?

Nice rich Eastern Red Cedar...
Should smell real nice as it plumets through the atmosphere just before jumping out...
:p
Yes bring on the next episode! Let the lynching begin!
