Hi There.I think the Vorlons were worse than the Shadows!
They altered races at a genitic level to be used as weapons against the Shadows.
They brain washed the younger races to see them as gods.
At one time they thought they were Gods!(thirdspace)
There agenda was always hidden,they portraid themselfs
as being more powerfull than they were.They made
many more mistakes (thirospace,lyta at the end) Colin.<*>.
