You'll need a password for the first user account, as it's also the admin password (ubuntu relies on sudo rather than creating a root user). But after that you should be able to create passwordless accounts just like on any other distro.

Nah, our workstations at the cafe have to be passwordless, cause otherwise the idiot's, uhh i mean customers can't figure out how to get online, AND it would mean having to actually manually put a username/password in every morning rather than just turning them on.
