You know, there was a book called "Flatland," which was a satire in a 2D world. Women were lines, and were feared and repressed because if they could kill anyone just by jabbing them with one of their ends. Social status went up with the number of shapes, so triangles were just laborers, while circles were the ruling class. Eventually, a sphere visits Flatland, and it's just like the balloon in the 2D world in the movie. It appears as a circle that grows from nothing and then shrinks back down to nothing, as perceived by the protagonist, A. Square.

    Yep.

I have to say that 1 and 2 dimensions were pulled off very well, however even with 3 dimensions he had some issues with demonstrating it. And 3 dimensions we see. How does "bend" have anything to do with our ordinary three dimensions? 4 dimensions seemed good again (pulling in time), but at 5 dimensions he lost it. There is no reason why 5 dimensions is a "choice in time." None. If we "choose" to go left instead of right, we don't see the other "choice" going right. We don't duplicate ourselves, so why should that happen with the 5th dimension? Sure, it's a hypothetical idea that all possibilities are traveled...

Anyway, he seemed to run out of ideas after the 5th dimension and just kept repeating things.

8 and 6 are the same, just with different objects, 6 being the man and 8 being the universe..

how hard is it, just draw a line, and keep adding orthogonal lines to it that join in the same point as the rest..
