    It's from a tape the cast and crew made as a memorial for or birthday tribute to Gene Roddenberry (I can't remember which one).

    You really have to hand it to William Shatner: nobody can laugh at themselves like he does. While many poke fun at his acting ability (or lack there of) I must say, IMO he's better than people think.

    Shatner has been on a rampage in the last few years, completely taking in the public opinion about his ego and rolling right along with it, only serving to benefit him. Not many folks can ever do more than hope to pull off what the shat-man has done. :D

    Hell, his whole role in Boston Legal is bascically a parody of himself, (and some of the best acting he's done in years IMHO)
