According to that article, there's uncertainty about if this is actually a different game or merely an advertising tactic for part of Episode 2.
Portals is a seperate, First person puzzle game. It's being released WITH HL2:Ep2, but is not part of it.
it gives me headache too complicated
but still really good

[B]Hmm, definitely interesting, especially if its more a problem solving with limited resourses like the armidillo game than it is a FPS...that said, I wonder what happens when you try and open a portal on a bad guy?

it's almost as bad as if you cross the streams, or look into the trap...

Haha! "I looked at the trap, Ray."
Or, what if you opened one end of the portal and jumped in without opening the other end?
I'm thinking the game looks like fun, i'll definately give it a go. that is if i have a PC that can run it at the time...
since i only paid $250 for my new laptop... and my wife said i could spend $1500... i can either upgrade my PC... or get an LCD HDTV... Decsions decisions... wonder if i could swing both, then play the game ON the LCDTV.... hmmmm..
[B]i am so glad someone got the referance...

My pleasure. Ghostbusters is one of my favorite movies. :)
As for the TV, were you looking at a rear-projection LCD or flat? (I would assume flat as you want to play games on it.)

i'm looking at flat, i've currently got a nice Tube HDTV, that i really like, but the thing is HUGE, my wife would love it if i got something thinner, i'm looking at somewhere between a 32 and 42, 37 prolly being perfect. i still haven't decided on Plasma or LCD...
i was kind of joking about playing games on it, i mean, if i end up being able to do that, then great, but its not the prime reason for getting the new TV.
and alot of Vid Cards have that nowadays ... :) Just make certain you get a TV that supports HDMI...and...MUAHAHAHAHA!!!
[B]it's called HDMI Out...

Oh all the TV's that i'm looking at have HDMI, course my current video card only has DVI, but thats ok.
it wont be until november at the earliest, and most likely not till i get back from Florida in January.

May I reccomend the 37 inch Sharp Aquos? It's one of the best out there and you can find it on sale for less than $1500.

I've looked at the Aquos, very nice, i'm actually hoping that the 1080p tv's will be out in abundance wheni go to get my new one.
i've also looked at, and dont laugh, the Phillips Ambilight TV's, at first i through Ambilight was the silliest thing i'd ever heard of, but then when i saw it in person, its actually pretty neat,
