B5/ITF Music in a Star Wars Documentary???!!!
Last night on ITV, a UK tv channel, there was a documentary on how Industrial Light & Magic have contributed to the film industry since Star Wars began, and it was hosted by Samuel L Jackson. As the program was wrapping up I suddenly heard some familiar music playing in the background. Then the end credits began... and who was it??? Only Chris Franke, and yes it was Babylon 5 music playing. But it wasn't just Babylon 5 music, it was a section of Battle Sequence A from Into the Fire!!!! I was stunned... I thought I was hearing things but sure enough in the additional music credit was Christopher Franke. What I thought was weird was why they sourced music from Chris Franke esp when they have some much to source from John Williams.
Anyway it was pretty cool and it brought a smile to my face, esp to hear some music from ITF aired on tv, again.

It was a clip from Battle Sequence A but it had been "remixed" somehow. It didn't sound exactly the same. Or then there is something wrong with my ears.
