Rain is good. Rainy weather is the best weather for programming in.

rain is also good here given we're in the middle of a water crisis. well, the south of the country is.

I prefer sun tho; it means I can go and sit on the meadows with a book, a couple of beers and/or some mates (and beer):D

I too like rain. Which is why my favourite place is Gothenburg.

Let's hope you don't live in southern New England, then. Around here, they predicted rain from Friday clear through Sunday Morning, then showers on Monday. That's in addition to those two or three weeks very recently where it rained nearly every single day.

Same here. They called off the flood watch this morning. They had allot of flooding and actually had to shut down subways yesterday. Rain on and off till Tuesday.

You got 7.25 inches of rain yesterday alone, too?
  • croxiscroxis I am the walrus
    More like 243 feet.

Cleans the air for my allergies tho, then I start sneezing afterwords when the plants start ejaculating their sperm again.
  • MessiahMessiah Failed Experiment
Yeah, damn plants. Why dont they keep their personal stuff to themselves. :p

Rain can be just as bad for allergies, since it's followed by a rise in mold and mildew counts, both of which can be nasty allergens for some people (myself included).

We did get some heavy rains, but its more or less just constant incesent background rainfall, for days and weeks on end. runs of 20 consecutive days of rain fall are fairly normal around here.

Weve actualy gone 3 months without a daytime cloud break, 3 months of not seeing the sun. thats a not so unusual oregon winter.

Wester oregon weather. The other side of the cascades is different, but they arnt real people so they dont count.

Had sunshine yesterday and most of today...

    :)

Best time to have it is when it's your time off...

    ;)

Wow, you have those too? We have about 2.6 million of them south of the Bombay Hills.
