    The show (as you can see) is called Robot Chicken. It's a claymation clip show created by Seth Green (Scott Evil, Austin Powers; Chris Griffin, Family Guy) on Cartoon Network in the US.

    That particular clip is making fun of a Six Flags amusement park commercial which featured a creepy old man dancing to bad techno music.

    The previous I was quite aware of, having nearly all of the episodes saved.

    The latter I was not aware of for the fact never having heard of Six Flags or those commercials.

    Something to note: That is actually Burt Reynolds and Dom Delouise voices in that clip.

    Now a question: I know I've seen that one vehicle with the claw on top (white with a gold claw, last one to run over the starting girl), but for the life of me I can't place the series...
