  Now I just wonder if they'll be able to spin the appeals process out long enough to get last-day pardons from shrub.... I hope the judge makes them appeal from prison like Marthat Stewart had to!

  It's been said that attempting to turn over a criminal conviction in the 5th Circuit is very difficult, so its likely the ruling will stand.

  If enough happens between now and 2008, I wouldn't be too surprised to see some pardons fly.
  
  Kind of was hoping they'd get off and then kidnapped by that Laughing Man. Ah well, no awesome dystopia for me.
