I don't, it's Sanfam's doings. And it's a non-standard M$'s own IE specific html-code, so the text doesn't scroll when using other browsers which don't support it. You can get the code by checking out the source code of this webpage, but I strongly discourage the use of any IE specific code myself.

OK, I think you people missed my point about titles. The mod forums work on a different set of principles to here regarding things like titles, sig images, etc.
