Can you write in chinese on western xp?

Lord RefaLord Refa Creepy, but in a good way
in Zocalo v2.0
Finally got the SP1 pack and got the asian letters show properly.. so I can read it now.. but how does one go around writing it?

In firefox for example.. Ach.. I'm such a newbie. :(

    In the control panel, select Regional and Language Options. Click the Languages tab and then the Details button. Then click Add, and find the correct Chinese language option. Click OK and then click Apply. You should get a new panel in your taskbar, or possibly separate from it. This is the language bar, and you use it to change input method. Make sure the app you want to type Chinese in is in focus (it sets the language based on application, no for all of Windows at once), select Chinese, and then just start typing.
