This is just a bit too good thing to pass up this year... just for the heck of it. :D

This show hasn't had anything to do with actual music in years now, we all know that, but it's still a fun phenomenon to watch with your other eye open every year. Last year almost every song was horrid, and I don't expect much more from this year's event...

...with one exception. There's one spot of colour in the mix. :)

Just check out the Eurovision [url=http://www.eurovision.tv/english/participants.htm]website[/url] and check out the participants. There is a clear pattern among the contestants which you'll soon discover if you go through few of them.

Then choose Finland.

    It's fun to see that Lordi doesn't need to take care of the pyrotechnical side of their performance, because the audience is about to bring along their own bombs... :D

    Yeah, Im ashamed at what Sweden is bringing. The judges had it better, then the [i]people[/i] had their vote. :rolleyes: ;)

    Anyway, now a few weeks after the competition, the song the judges chose is on the top of the radio charts, and the winning songis somewhere like number 12..

    So. Go Estonia? Havent heard their song, but Im routing for them and then Finland this year..

    Ooh hey, I was wrong! :) There are two things to look forward to on this year's event. Finland & Belgium. :) Belgium is marching Kate Ryan to the grinder!

    Looks like Finland continues the "rock" aspect that Norway had last year, this time heavier :)

    This seems to be a big thing in Europe, except in the UK. Each year we put in crap singers... they decided to put in some rapper called DJ Daz or something... he's rubbish. So once again the few people that actually watch it over here will sit there laughing at the TV. Good luck to you all, I will not be watching it :)
