  As for the linux people this site was linked to it - it renders stuff into a basic x-server so its both gnome and kde compatable: [url]http://xplanet.sourceforge.net/[/url]

  I find it's best to set it to focus on a time of day instead of a time zone, helps keep the icons visible.
