So, Freejack...

SanfamSanfam I like clocks.
It's most certainly true. One can never have too many cars...

Even better when the majority are working ;)

Photos soon.

I'm intrigued...did you pick up something new? Or just celebrating that fact that you have more cars running than not...which is further along than I am!

Sanfam's been attracting unwanted cars that only need a little work recently.

Bah. You just don't appreciate carefully formed heaps of metal (Unless they ride on rails or fly through the air...which I'm sure I could convert one to do some day...).

And for kicks, two of the three others...

The new blue wagon (The one with no plates) has two broken exhaust studs (damnitation!), so I need to go pull the head and bring it to a machine shop. Now, I was really hoping to do it today, but nature decided to shove a couple inches of snow into the picture, throwing off my awesome plan for another day or two...

Well at the moment the link doesn't work, but anyway...a wagon eh, to me that is a real Volvo. Always wanted a later turbo wagon, definitley one of the better looking "estate" style cars out there.

I've got a second Scorpio that I plan to sell, but every time I look at the back seat in that car, I want to keep both of the Scorpios I have. I have yet to see a car with a more comfortable back seat save a maybach or royce.

You know, late a good condition late-80's Rolls ain't that hard to come upon these days...

    Fine cars...damned fun.

Regarding the sale...I'm sure you could conjure up an excuse to keep 'em both. "Parts are just so hard to find these days!"

    OH MY GOD YES!

NONE of the studs are actually broken! NOT A SINGLE ONE! NONE were adequately torqued, and so they simply backed out. Excellent for me, since I no longer have to take the top-end off.

    SO MUCH PAIN SAVED!

Ahh, the little blessings you find when working on cars. Wish I could say the same for the manifold bolts on both my Scorps. Why Ford ever felt that exhaust studs smaller than 5/16 would be adequate on the 2.9 V6 is beyond me.

    Well, I've encountered new fun..

the manifold is still on the car. It won't come off :P

There *MIGHT* be a hidden bracket somewhere, but it's doubtful. ALL I NEED IS 4" OF CLEARANCE!

    Edit: I FOUND IT!

And moments later, someone else found it, too. niiice.
