    NO! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! AVOID!! AAHHHHHH! NOOOO!

    Torque = bad. I've had experience with programming torque and... ug. You're far better off grabbing a copy of HL2 or Doom 3 or Unreal Tournament and making a mod. You can do almost as much as you can with Torque and it's far easier to achieve.

    Oh, plus Torque is way out of date now.

    I've heard similar things. There are other viable indie engines out there, and depending on your project, it may be better to either go with a mod or develop an engine in house.
