Given that there is porn on the internet, therefore any of the above noted technologies that enable access to the internet are illegal.

According to international copyright law, anything written (artistic text - such as a news story, somebody's personal website, diary/blog, etc) is copyrighted. Therefore, even if there weren't images, you'd be in violation :D
[B]Actually, it looks like a poorly written law poorly designed to try and head off spammers or scumbags preying on children from hiding themselves by forging headers. That said, I wouldn't listen too closely to the ACLU, since they've been known to defend those same porno peddling, illegal drug scamming, bank account stealing spammers in the past.

I would have to believe that this would be a law that is so ambiguous as to great struck down as unconstitutional.
That said, I don't think RC is that far off, even the strictest reading of the paragraph 1 section B seems to indicate that an ISP, a server bank, websites, etc could be liable if any material that could be considered offensive gets into the hands of a minor. Since the internet itself is mearly a construction of all these points and that such data flows without restriction, it appears to make the internet illegal.
