  Just a stupid publicity trick, which has nothing to do with selecting the new seven wonders. Although the old seven wonders have been destroyed (except Giza), they have the right to be called the wonderous seven exclusively: now that the buildings are gathered not only from the Mediterranean area but all around the world, who the hell decides that there must be only seven wonders?

  I don't really have a problem with a "7 Wonders of the Modern World" type thing, but the 7 wonders of the world will always be the only 7 wonders of the world to me. :)

  Why? Becuase only 6 and 7 can be used becuase they have to be factors of 42. :D

  You forget that 14, 21 and 42 are also a factors of 42. ;)
