Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure.
I liked them more, less kid oriented (but before you get any ideas, that doesn't mean it's adult themed :p ). Went there for my after-Ph.D. celebration travel, had a really great time.
If you like rollercoasters Islands of Adventure has some great rides. If you like some behind the scenes and movie based attractions Universal Studios has a lot for you (and some great rides too).
Can't compare to Disney's MGM though, I've only been to the other three (that was for my wife's after-Ph.D. celebration travel).

And I wish we had visited Kennedy Space Center.
